Vancouver's Georgia Straight calls Colette "a fearless performer..her candour is often shocking but it's also hilarious"... "brash, sassy and funny" says Winnipeg's Uptown Magazine.

Just 3 years ago Hamiltonian housewife and mom to 3, Colette Kendall, tucked her young children into bed and made her standup debut. As a 40th birthday present to herself Colette wrote, produced, directed and performed in her own one-woman show. Today, she tours across Canada to rave reviews and sold out houses with her smash hit show, Tippi Seagram's Happy Hour. "she had the audience in stitches for the whole hour" CBC Winnipeg, (*****) Victoria News, "the most irreverant and fabulous show at the fringe" Vancouver Courier.

Her 2006 Canadian tour garnered her a nomination for a prestigious Canadian Comedy Award for Best One Person show as well as the Georgia Straights Critics Pick Award.

Colette has trained in improvisation with The Second City and has been a member of both the Staircase, Bad Dog and Impatient theatre mainstage casts. Colette has a passion for live theatre and received a career highlight when she was cast alongside Laverne and Shirley's, Cindy Williams and Three's Company's, Joyce DeWitt, in the Stage West production of The Vagina Monologues. She has appeared in several festival featured award winning independent films and performs stand-up regularly as both a headliner and emcee throughout Southern Ontario. Colette is a featured act at The House of Comedy and Club 54. She was also a Top 10 Finalist in the Canada-Wide Corner Gas Comic Genius Contest.

Not bad for an old chick that decided to reinvent herself at 40!
